The Vir2all solution does not require integration with your systems. We can be trained to work on your system or we can use our own. We can be live in 2 hours. Our system ensures there are no additional systems requirements to provide the service.

Out-of-hours

We do not need to charge fixed costs. All our agents are professional customer services personnel used to operating from their own home offices. We insist on full training and all agents are supervised. Full call recording and reporting ensures you are still in control.
